Wake up to motivated sellers.
Tell Trident your ZIP codes once. Every night it finds owners with fresh signs of distress. In the morning, one tap cleans the list and finds their phone numbers, at 8¢ per number found. Then text them from your own business line, and let the AI voice agent call the owners who agree to a call.
Plans from $99 a month. The $8 trial comes back as wallet credit. No contract.

Four things Trident does differently
-
Pay for use
No $299 floor and no hidden meter. A published rate for every action, a wallet you top up from $10, and a monthly credit that rolls over.
-
One system, list to close
List builder, skip tracing, dialer, texts, war room, buyer blasts and portfolio on one login. No outside dialer, no spreadsheet.
-
Deal math built in
ARV, MAO for every exit, rehab scope and holding cost sit on the deal, so you know your spread before you call.
-
Compliant by default
Texts go out from a 10DLC-registered line, STOP replies are honored on their own, and Do Not Call flags pause follow-ups.
What changes when the whole deal lives in one place
| You stop | Instead |
|---|---|
| Working one lead across five logins. List tool, skip tracer, dialer, texting app, spreadsheet. | The list, the owner's numbers, every call and text, the offer and the buyers sit on one deal record. |
| Finding out what the month cost when the invoice lands. Fair-use caps, overages, add-ons with no listed price. | Every action has a published rate, campaigns show their cost before they send, and nothing runs past your balance. |
| Losing sellers in follow-up. Most say yes on a later touch, and that touch never gets scheduled. | Each call outcome sets the next step, and the full history is in front of whoever picks up the lead. |
| Getting texts filtered or flagged. Unregistered numbers and missed opt-outs. | Texts go out from a registered business line, and STOP replies block further texts on their own. |
| Guessing your numbers until closing. MAO on a napkin, rehab overruns, holding costs nobody tracks. | ARV, MAO, rehab budget and the daily cost of holding are on the deal from the first offer. |
From a cold record to a closed deal, in five steps
Trident is organized the way a deal moves. Acquisition covers steps 1 and 2, Execution and Dispositions covers 3 and 4, and Portfolio covers 5.
-
Find
A list worth calling.
Hunter searches your ZIP codes every night for owners with new signs of distress, or build a list yourself by pre-foreclosure, tax delinquency, vacancy, absentee ownership, probate and equity. Skip trace for 8¢ per phone number found, with duplicates merged by phone number.
-
Reach
More conversations from the same list.
Call from your own business line with the power dialer, or let an AI voice agent call owners who have agreed to be called. Run text and email sequences with a live segment counter. Inbound replies get an AI first response, and every conversation lands in one inbox on the lead.
-
Underwrite
An offer you can defend.
The deal war room puts ARV, MAO for wholesale, flip, BRRRR and creative exits, the scope of work and the daily holding cost on one screen. Export the scope as CSV or PDF for your contractor.
-
Sell
Buyers lined up before you close.
Text or email your cash buyers with the recipient count and cost shown first. Blasts stay locked until the lockbox code and contract are on file, so nothing half-ready goes out.
-
Keep
What every deal actually made.
Flips and assignments land in Profit with realized P&L from the settlement statement. Rentals, BRRRR and Sub-To land in Assets. Closing documents, W-9s and lien waivers are filed with the deal.
What a deal really costs to find
Every action in Trident has a published price, so you can see what a deal cost before it closes. Skip tracing is 8¢ per phone number found, and nothing when no number is found.
Most tools charge for every record they search, found or not. At a typical 75% hit rate, 12¢ a record works out to about 16¢ per number you can actually call.

Questions
How much does Trident cost?
Plans are $99, $199 or $299 a month for the software, your users, your phone lines and a monthly usage credit of $10, $25 or $50 that rolls over. Calls, texts, skip traces and data pulls beyond the credit come from a prepaid wallet at published rates, such as $0.08 per phone number found (no charge when none is found). A 7-day trial costs $8.
Who is Trident for?
Trident is built for real estate investors who find their own deals: wholesalers, flippers and buy-and-hold landlords, from solo operators to small teams. It covers the whole path from a distressed list to a closed deal to a held asset, so you are not paying for and stitching together five separate tools.
What is the Router Wallet?
The Router Wallet is a prepaid US dollar balance inside Trident. Your plan's monthly usage credit is used first, and unused credit rolls over. You add funds from $10 or turn on auto-reload, and each call minute, text segment, skip trace or data pull is deducted at the rate on the pricing page.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel from the billing page in the app at any time. The 7-day trial is a one-time $8, and the $8 goes into your wallet as usage credit, so you can spend it on skip traces, records or texts while you try Trident.
Do I need my own dialer or texting tool?
No. Trident includes a power dialer, SMS campaigns and an AI voice agent on your own registered business number. Calls and texts are logged to the deal automatically, so the whole follow-up history stays on one record and whoever picks up the lead sees every touch that came before.
Does Trident help me underwrite deals?
Yes. The deal war room puts ARV, MAO for wholesale, flip, BRRRR and creative exits, the rehab scope and the daily holding cost on one screen, attached to the lead. You can run the numbers before you call the owner, and export the scope of work as CSV or PDF for your contractor.
Is texting sellers from Trident compliant?
Trident sends from a 10DLC-registered business line, records opt-outs and blocks further texts to anyone who replies STOP, and lets you mark contacts Do Not Call, which pauses their follow-ups. You are still responsible for your own consent practices, so review TCPA rules for your market before you send.
Can I move my data from another CRM?
Yes. You can import leads and cash buyers by CSV, and Trident de-duplicates contacts by phone number, so the same owner from two lists becomes one record. A good first step is to import your current list during the 7-day trial and run one deal through the war room.
